Japanese Scientists are working to Develop a Technology which will Raise building bases from the ground and Protect them from Earthquake.

Japan is the country with the most earthquakes recorded each year, according to the United States Geological Survey. There have been more than 10,000 earthquakes in and around Japan since 2010, data from the USGS.
