They were both of the same university, they had the same GPA grade point average, they both were geniuses.
They finished the dinner they walked out of the restaurant and as soon as they walked out from the dinner, Ford said to the one you’re hired and he said to the other one we won’t be proceeding together, thank you very much for a lovely evening.
The young guy summoned the courage and said Mr Ford, can I ask you something sir?

And Mr Ford said for two reasons

And the second and most important reason of them all, your friend was polite with the waiters saying thank you and please. They were invisible for you, all the waiters. You only were polite when you were addressing me so great leader, somebody you want to impact your organization doesn’t have to see hierarchy, he has to see Human Beings.
